The Dyness STACK280 is a modular, high-voltage lithium battery system designed for residential, small commercial, and industrial energy storage applications . Built with LiFePO4 (LFP) technology, the system is engineered for high power demands, long cycle life, and flexible expansion while maintaining a compact footprint and simple installation.
Key Features:
High-Voltage Scalability: Each cluster consists of 3 to 15 battery modules (S51280), with system energy ranging from 43 kWh up to 215.04 kWh . It supports up to 12 clusters in parallel, achieving a maximum total capacity of 2.58 MWh.
Module Specification: Each S51280 module provides 51.2V / 280Ah with a capacity of 14.34 kWh .
High-Power Performance: Supports a maximum continuous charge/discharge current of 200A (0.7C) and a peak discharge current of 280A for short-duration loads.
Long Cycle Life: Delivers ≥8,000 cycles at 95% Depth of Discharge, backed by a 10-year warranty.
Safety-First Design: Features an integrated aerosol fire extinguishing system in each battery pack that suppresses fire within 5 seconds, complemented by an intelligent BMS for comprehensive electrical protection.
Easy Installation: Features a rackless, stackable plug-and-play design, allowing a full cluster to be installed without complex wiring in under 30 minutes . Built-in active cooling (forced air) ensures stable high-power operation.
Smart & Compatible: Includes a built-in WiFi module for monitoring via the Dyness Smart APP, supports OTA updates and is compatible with leading inverters like Solis, Growatt, and Deye through CAN/RS485 communication
