Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for Axipower

We care about our customers and provide a friendly Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. So that our customers feel secure while shopping at Axipower.com.pk. The following policies apply to the return and exchange of ordered products.

  • Please contact us at info@axipower.com.pk prior to sending any returns, refunds, or exchanges back to us.
  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges must include all original accessories, documentation, packaging, etc., that were originally shipped with the product.
  • If a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error, fault, or defective materials, we will process a refund, return, or exchange according to the specific Warranty Policy of the product's manufacturer.
  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges may take up to 15 working days to process once the item is received at our facility, excluding delivery time.
  • In case of wrong delivery, do not open or use the item. We will exchange the item for the correct one.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items bought on special discounted rates (other than those mentioned on our website) cannot be refunded.
  • The following products are NOT eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:
    • (i) Products that have been customized or personalized.
    • (ii) Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
    • (iii) Products that have been tampered with or modified by the customer.
    • (iv) Products or orders delivered outside Pakistan.
    • (v) Malfunctions due to causes including but not limited to improper wiring, installation, or operation beyond the specified usage limits.
    • (vi) Items that are damaged due to fire, water, natural disaster, or similar circumstances.
    • (vii) Items purchased above Rs. 30,000/- due to a change of mind or incorrect product selection based on technical specifications.
  • A return, refund, or exchange must be claimed within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned products are thoroughly tested by our team to qualify for a return, refund, or exchange. We will notify you via email once we receive your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your request within 15 working days.
  • Shipping costs for returning a product are the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the product's safe return.
  • We perform a comprehensive quality check before dispatching all orders. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 5 business days) at info@axipower.com.pk. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If a delivery package appears damaged from the outside, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately at info@axipower.com.pk.
