Payment Policy for Axipower

1.1 Introduction

Axipower (“Axipower”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) offers various payment options for our customers’ convenience. This payment policy outlines the payment methods we accept, how payments are processed, and other important information related to payments.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods within Pakistan:
(i) Bank Transfer
(ii) Cash on Delivery (Across Pakistan)
(iii) Secure Payment Gateway (Credit Card & Debit Card, including Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
(iv) Buy Now Pay Later (where available)

Important Note: All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

1.2.1 Cash on Delivery:

(i) Cash on Delivery is applicable to all products with a total order value less than or equal to Rs. 30,000/-.
(ii) Delivery charges will be applied according to our Delivery Policy.
(iii) COD is not applicable on heavy or bulky shipments such as [Mention your heavy products, e.g., Large Power Stations, Solar Generators, etc.].
(iv) A service fee of 5% of the total order amount will be applied to all transactions using the COD payment method.

1.3 Secure Payment Process

All online payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details or other sensitive payment information on our servers. If your payment is declined, we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to try again with a different payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect may be fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel your order, we will refund your payment in full.

1.4 Bank Service Charges

Any charges incurred by your bank in relation to payment processing, including but not limited to transaction fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Axipower is not liable for any bank fees or charges applied during payment transactions.
(i) A processing fee of 2.3% of the total amount will be applied to all transactions paid using a Debit/Credit card. This fee is charged by the payment processing service and is non-refundable.
(ii) A 1.2% service fee will be applied to the total order amount for Buy Now Pay Later payment methods. This fee covers the cost of the third-party payment processor and is non-refundable.

1.5 Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order details and/or contact you via phone for confirmation. If there are any issues with your order or payment, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. All orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.

1.6 Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@axipower.com.pk along with your order details. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a refund.
