Delivery Policy for Axipower

1.1 Introduction

Axipower (“Axipower”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable delivery for their orders. This delivery policy outlines our delivery methods, delivery times, and other important information related to our delivery process.

1.2 Delivery Methods, Time & Charges

We offer several delivery options to our customers within Pakistan: (i) Delivery via 3rd Party Courier & Logistic Service Companies (i.e., Leopards Couriers Service, TCS, Local Logistic Partners, or Similar), (ii) Local Store Pickup (If applicable). All delivery options will be displayed during the Checkout Process. The availability, time, and charges of these delivery options may vary depending on the item(s) in your order and your shipping destination.

1.2.1 Delivery Through Courier & Logistic Companies

(i) For All Pakistan excluding Karachi, a shipping charge of Rs. 300/- will be applied for all orders below 2kg.
(ii) For Karachi, a shipping charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied for all orders below 2kg & with a total order value less than Rs. 3000/-.
(iii) For orders above 2kg, HEAVY SHIPMENT charges will be applied.
(iv) Delivery time will be from 1 to 7 working days depending on the location.
(v) All orders confirmed before 3 PM will be processed the same day (Monday till Saturday).
(vi) Special delivery conditions can be mentioned in the comments while checking out. Our team will coordinate accordingly.

1.2.2 Local Store Pickup

(i) The local store pickup facility is only available at our designated location(s). [Note: You can specify if this is for a specific city like Karachi, or remove this line if not applicable].
(ii) Local Store pickup can be done the next day after the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 3 PM.
(iii) There are no extra charges for this service.
(iv) Timings for order pick up are [Insert Your Pickup Timings, e.g., 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)].
(v) Local pickup service is not available on [Insert Your Off Days, e.g., Sunday and public holidays].

1.3 Exclusion of Liability for Third-Party Couriers and Logistics Providers

All shipments are completed through third-party logistics and courier services. While we partner with reputable carriers, we are not liable for any delays, damage, or issues that may occur once the shipment departs from our warehouse. In the event of delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier or logistics provider, we will support you in communicating with the respective carriers. However, the responsibility for addressing and resolving such matters lies with the third-party courier, and we disclaim any liability for such occurrences.

1.4 Order Processing

We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within TWO business days. Once your order has been processed and confirmed via Telephonic Conversation, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Delivery Time is calculated from the day the order is dispatched from our Warehouse/Office/Store.

1.5 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are confined within Pakistan.

1.6 Customs and Duties

For domestic orders within Pakistan, no customs or import duties are applied.

1.7 Tracking Your Order
