Axipower Installation Policy

1.1 Introduction
Axipower (“Axipower”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is dedicated to ensuring our products are installed correctly and safely for optimal performance. This Installation Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and processes governing our installation services for eligible products purchased from us.


2. Standard Installation Policy

2.1 Scope of Service
Our professional installation service is available for select products, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries. The availability of this service will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process. Installation is currently offered within Karachi. You can confirm serviceability for your specific address by contacting us before purchase.

2.2 Scheduling Installation

·         Once your order is confirmed and the product is ready, our installation team will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule an appointment.

·         Installation will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

·         An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the installation.

2.3 Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation, you are responsible for:

·         Providing clear and safe access to the installation site.

·         Ensuring a dedicated and properly grounded power outlet is available near the installation location.

·         Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from building management or relevant authorities.

·         Ensuring the installation area is clean, dry, and well-ventilated (for battery-based systems).

2.4 What Installation Includes
Our standard installation service includes:

·         Unboxing and visual inspection of the product(s).

·         Placement and secure mounting of the unit(s).

·         Professional connection and integration of components.

·         Basic configuration and testing of the system.

·         Demonstration of basic operations for the customer.

2.5 Exclusions
The standard installation fee does not cover:

·         Electrical wiring upgrades or new circuit installations.

·         Structural modifications (e.g., drilling through masonry).

·         Supply of additional components not purchased from Axipower.

·         Disposal of old equipment or packaging materials.
Additional services can be provided at an extra cost, quoted and approved beforehand.

2.6 Charges and Warranty

·         Charges: If the product includes free installation, it will be clearly stated. For other products, our installation team will assess the requirements and provide a quotation.

·         Workmanship Warranty: The warranty period depends on the product and will be communicated at the time of installation.

2.7 Rescheduling and Cancellations

·         Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

·         Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a rescheduling fee.


3. Complete Solar System Installation Policy

3.1 Pre-Installation Site Survey

·         mandatory site survey is conducted for all complete solar system orders.

·         Our technician will assess roof condition, sun exposure, electrical wiring, and other site-specific factors.

·         The final system design and quotation are based on the survey results.

3.2 Installation Process
Our end-to-end service includes:

·         Custom system design and layout planning.

·         Installation of mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, and batteries.

·         Professional wiring and integration of all components.

·         Comprehensive testing, activation, and customer demonstration.

3.3 Customer Responsibilities

·         Obtain and pay for any required permits or approvals (e.g., NOC from building management).

·         Coordinate with the utility company for net metering applications and inspections (if applicable).

·         Ensure clear access to the installation site for our team and equipment.

3.4 Exclusions
The installation fee does not include:

·         Structural repairs or reinforcements.

·         Painting or concealing conduits and wiring.

·         Landscaping repairs.

·         Fees payable to utility companies or government bodies.

·         Future maintenance or cleaning.

3.5 Warranty

·         Equipment Warranty: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

·         Workmanship Warranty: The period will be specified in your contract, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years.


4. General Terms

4.1 Liability
Axipower shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage to your property or electrical system. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect customer-provided information or unprepared sites.
